Teachable Moments: Learning From Parents of Children with a Disability

DiversAbility at Yale (DAY) in association with the Working Women’s Network (WWN) will host a panel discussion on the topic “Parenting a Child with a Disability”. The lunch time workshop will feature University staff sharing their experiences of parenting a child with a disability. This interactive panel discussion will address the following; successful parenting techniques, child advocacy, educational resources, self-care, and family networks and more.
