Event description:

Confidence is an important component of self-worth and something many people, in particular women, struggle with. In her talk, Barbara Roche will give helpful advice, tell stories, and lead the audience through a series of exercises designed to understand how we can all commit to confidence. Specifically, Barbara will address the role of action and finding one’s signature strength in order to be more confident; she also will discuss distractions that get in our way, how to deal with them, and move on. The theme of the presentation is calibrating your confidence meter and is designed to help attendees better understand their value and worth. Following the event will be a book signing, so please purchase a copy of your book in advance.
