- The genetic, biological and social factors that contribute to heart disease in women
- The differences in heart disease between women and men
- Steps for women to take to improve their cardiovascular health
Dr. Erica Spatz is a cardiologist and researcher in the Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation at Yale School of Medicine. Her research seeks to advance the science and translation of precision-based, patient-centered care, including more personalized approaches to cardiovascular disease prediction and prevention and the engagement of patients in decision-making and care.
