Event description:
This October join the WWN for a tour of the Cushing Center. In addition to the more than 450 jars of brain specimens on display, you can watch videos, browse the books, open the drawers beneath the exhibit cases, and light up the vitrines to get a better view of some of Dr. Cushing’s most prized books and manuscripts. No it’s not a mad scientist’s laboratory it’s the collection of the award winning surgeon, author, and artist Dr. Harvey Cushing.
