Aiping Tai Chi Center’s Tai Chi for Workplace Wellness program was developed by Shirley Chock for working professionals. The focus of the program is to not only provide you exercises to help you relax and recharge at work but also teach you tai chi techniques to de-stress, manage conflict, and better adapt to organizational change. Shirley will teach you how to use the ancient martial art of Tai Chi and defend yourself against the stresses of work and life. No need to change into gym clothes. All movements were designed to be performed in work attire and you will not work up a big sweat.
