About the Presenters:

Leslie Busch and Ethel Pippin are Financial Consultants within the Institutional Retirement division at TIAA (tiaa.org), a Fortune 100 financial services organization and leading provider of asset management and retirement services for the academic, research, medical and cultural
fields. In their role as Financial Consultants at TIAA, Leslie and Ethel are focused on helping participants plan for their financial well-being and retirement readiness. They meet with employees one-on-one and provides personalized counseling, education and advice, including specific asset allocation and fund selection recommendations based on the plan’s investment options.

Prior to embarking on a career in financial services, Leslie had served as an administrator in higher education for 10 years. Leslie left her prior financial consulting firm to join TIAA in 2018. She serves our institutional clients in the state of Connecticut from the local Hamden, CT TIAA office. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University at Albany and a Master of Science degree in Sports Management from Columbia University. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations while maintaining Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses from the states of CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT.

Ethel has been a financial services professional for over 20 years and joined TIAA in 2018
after having various product, sales, marketing and retirement education roles at Voya and
MassMutual. She has also taught undergraduate level courses in business and marketing at
Post University in Connecticut. Ethel serves our institutional clients in the states of CT, MA,
VT, NH and ME from the Hamden, Connecticut TIAA office. Ethel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services Management from Boston University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 26 registrations while maintaining Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses from the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Ethel has obtained the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) designations.
