Event Recap - WWN Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice - 4-week mini-series

From March 12th  to April 2nd, Health Educator Danielle Casioppo lead 4-week mini series on Mindfulness-Based Strength Practice. She helped participants learn how to shift their focus form what’s wrong to what’s strong and here’s what they shared at the end:
