You’ve asked, we’re answering. In May WWN will launch a pilot project to connect working women at Yale with mentors. This program will be designed to be effective for women of all ages who are just about anywhere on the university’s HR jungle gym (see the book Lean In for more on why we’re using a playground instead of a ladder).
What you can do now:
1. Let us know if you are interested in joining the WWN Leadership Committee to help to lead this initiative
2. Tell us if you are interested in participating in the first cohort as a mentee or mentor. Note: The first group will be limited to 25 pairs and selections will be on a first come, first served basis. Depending on interest, we will plan to support additional cohorts.
