Joan E. O’Neill has worked at Yale for more than twenty five years. She is responsible for leadership of all of the university’s alumni affairs and fundraising activities.

Paula Maguina has been at Yale for over five years. She recently completed the Women’s Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management. She holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Leadership from CENTRUM Business School in Peru and EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
Netal Patel
Co-Chair, 2025-2026
Netal Patel joined Yale University in 2018 and is currently serving as an IT Manager in the Central IT department, specifically under Enterprise Applications. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the Custom Application Development and Software and Quality Assurance Testing Teams.
