2025 WWN Mentoring Program Recap

October 8, 2025

A heartfelt thank you to Stacey Bonet and the Mentoring Sub-Committee for their thoughtful leadership and coordination of the WWN Mentoring Program. Through their dedication, the program continues to connect colleagues across Yale who share common interests, goals, and relevant professional experience, creating meaningful, supportive relationships centered on growth and connection.

Participants consistently share how valuable it is to have a trusted space to discuss challenges, reflect on career pathways, and celebrate personal and professional milestones. These mentor–mentee relationships strengthen networks, build confidence, and deepen our sense of community across the university.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the mentors who generously devote their time to share their knowledge, experience, and wisdom. Your guidance makes a lasting difference. And a special thank you to the managers and leaders who support mentees in applying what they learn and in pursuing meaningful professional development opportunities.

We are grateful to Stacey, the Mentoring Sub-Committee, our mentors, and our supportive leaders for your care, time, and unwavering commitment to helping others thrive.
