Dijana Galijasevic
Founder, Positive Business Lab

Dijana is a Chief Connector and co-founder of MindfulLife, an organization that delivers mindfulness, team building retreats, and personal well-being holidays.

She was a partner at LinkedAge, a StartUp that was promoted in major media channels such as BBC Mundo, MSN Canada, Kuwait Times, Al Jazeera and Yahoo news.

Dijana holds an Executive Masters degree from two high rated business schools - SDA Bocconi and ESADE. She also completed an Organizational Development program at Columbia University Teachers College.

Positive Business Lab is one of her passion projects; a movement designed to encourage positive work environments in companies through collaboration and best practices for success. She finds meaning in cultivating human connections at a workplace, inspiring others to do their best and always looking for ways to help.

Ula Mikus
Founder, Happiness Academy NYC

Apart from being consultant for BMW North America, Ula has held strategic roles in Human Resources working for Fortune 500 companies like ZARA US and FedEx. She designed and implemented a number of training and development programs to increase stress resiliency and success at workplace.

Her work, developing and leading Innovation Thinking and Mindfulness classes has helped hundreds of people achieve balance in life and a positive work environment in companies. She now dedicates her time to customize coaching and educational strategies for corporations, groups, and individuals.

Based on neuroscience and scientific research, these practices increase self-awareness, enhance focus and concentration, enable greater perspective, generate more thoughtful decision-making, and provide pleasure and fun.
