Event description:
WWN presents online self-defense classes with instructor Christopher Adamcheck.
Master Chris has over 20 years experience in Goju Ryu Karate, a well-rounded style of Okinawan karate.
This will be a three-week course providing participants with an understanding of basic self-defense. Class attendants will only need a small living area, and comfortable clothing. The falling techniques that will be taught can be performed from the ground/floor.

Week one will focus on: v-step warm up, sitted falling posture, 360-blocks, palm heel strike , protective posture, and verbal de-escalation. Week two will focus on: a-step warm up, forward fall, wrist grab, and home invasion plan. Bring a broom and pen. Week three will focus on: hourglass step warm up, fall review, forward choke, and andling sexual assault.
