Event Recap - Mindfulness, Strengths and Engagement – Three Ways to Unlock Your Best

On Feb 28th, WWN Health and Wellness Series in collaboration with Being Well @ Yale hosted a talk on “Mindfulness, Strengths and Engagement – Three Ways to Unlock Your Best”. Danielle Casioppo took the participants on a journey of understanding, learning and practicing the principles of mindfulness. Through that lens, she showed ways of recognizing and utilizing character strengths and discussed their importance. The workshop incorporated a couple of meditations and the attendees (over 50) left more relaxed, centered and equipped with new techniques to incorporate into their daily lives.
As a continuation to the workshop, WWN Health & Wellness is hosting “Mindfulness Based Strength Practice” 4 week mini-series.
