Greater New Haven 2015 Heart Walk is May 2!

April 22, 2015

Yale University, Yale Cardiovascular Medicine and Yale New Haven Health have joined forces as proud sponsors of this year’s American Heart Association’s Greater New Haven Heart Walk.  The Heart Walk is an opportunity to be physically active while raising funds to support lifesaving research for cardiovascular disease.  Last year, the American Heart Association granted over $8 million to 30 award recipients within Yale University and the School of Medicine. Last year’s walk was a great success with over 150 walkers raising $9,600 for the American Heart Association. Check out the photo gallery from the 2014 Heart Walk.

As a supporter of the Greater New Haven Heart Walk, Yale is also proud to be awarded Gold Fit-Friendly Worksite Status with the American Heart Association’s national recognition program.
