The Working Women’s Netowork visited the Modern and Contemporary Art & Design exhibits and were treated to a truly memorable experience, thanks to the amazing guides Clara Poteet and Sabrina Akram. During the tour, the guides took visitors through three fabulous exhibits created by women artists, highlighting the importance of female representation in the art world. The Art Gallery even provided materials for visitors to sketch the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara in the Water-Moon Manifestation, making for a unique and engaging activity. To top it off, visitors were treated to hot chocolate, coffee, and apple cider donuts, making the tour an all-around delightful experience. It’s clear that Poteet and Akram are expert guides who know how to make a tour both informative and enjoyable.
