On May 9th, WWN Health Series and ANY presented a Tea Ceremony, performed by Ting Luo, owner of Green Teahouse. Ting shared the art of teamaking and its deep meaning in the Chinese culture. She captivated the audience with a gentle and peaceful approach and created an atmosphere of relaxation and appreciation of “what is”. She made 3 different types of teas, explained their properties, and demonstrated how each kind should be consumed. It was an amazing 2-hour experience for all.
