Self-Care for Women: Make Yourself the Priority

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Tina MacInnis, LPC, LADC, NCC, CGCS, will be speaking on the types of interpersonal abuse and toxicity vs. healthy behaviors and attitudes within relationships. Attendees will explore how to set and maintain boundaries in relationships, while focusing on the importance and benefits of self-care. We are looking forward to promoting the importance of prioritizing yourself starting now.

Step Boldly Into Your Greatness

You are not alone. Women everywhere are burned out, carrying a load that has become too heavy to bear—even though they do a great job pretending they can keep it all together.

It’s time to stop before you get to your breaking point. It’s time to change course and take charge of your life as you have never done before. It’s time to:

• Renew your sense of purpose and personal vision
• Rediscover your value and worth
• Gain greater focus and resilience
• Align your personal and professional priorities
