Fall Desk Yoga

Join the Working Women’s Network, Future Leaders at Yale, and Hannah Hooper for a 10-class yoga series on Mondays and Wednesdays. Attendees will practice accessible yoga sequences to help you reduce stress and tension and help you feel clear, focused, and rejuvenated. You can expect to practice poses that help address common tension areas like the neck, shoulders, back, and hips, with emphasis on breath work that help soothe the nervous system.
